Products and Services
URRNZ offers custom 3D-printed memorial urns for both human and pet remains. All products are made to order and may vary slightly in appearance due to the nature of 3D printing and materials used.
- Product images are representative and may vary slightly from the final product
- Colors may appear differently on different screens
- Custom orders are final once production begins
Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Product availability issues
- Errors in pricing or product information
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
- Inability to verify payment information
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer multiple shipping options at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier conditions. URRNZ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom and personal nature of our products, we have a limited return policy:
- Damaged items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage
- Manufacturing defects: We will replace or refund defective products
- Custom orders: Cannot be returned unless defective
- Change of mind: Not eligible for return due to custom nature of products
